We always do individual workouts customized exactly to your needs. In case of injury, post operation, sudden or long term pain etc., it is important that the patient’s story, experiences and reflections are carefully taken into consideration when making a workout session and a workout plan. Therefore, the first step is to make a complete check-up. Afterwards a carefully considered rehabilitation plan can be constructed.
Workouts can have different purposes. The obvious reasons would be that workout/exercising delivers oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and helps the cardiovascular system work more efficiently.
